This listing is for 1 small cup of mini duckweed. You'll get at least 200 plants. Our portions are always generous.

Miniature duckweed is good for reducing nitrates in your tank and it reproduces quickly in low flow freshwater aquariums.
It is a really great food for goldfish, silver dollars, and anything else that likes to devour your live plants. Plus, baby mystery snails like to eat it, scuds like to propagate in it, and shrimp love to play in it!
Mini duckweed spreads very, very quickly! We do not recommend it in tanks without lifeforms that will eat it. Otherwise, it will potentially overpopulate and completely cover your water surface, clog your filter intake, and get into your filter media. You know how glitter is referred to as “craft herpes” because it gets everywhere and once you have it you can’t get rid of it? Yeah, mini duckweed is aquarium herpes if you don’t have something that eats it. You have been warned! XD

Refunds for plants that arrive DOA will require pictures of dead plant in original packaging within 2 hours of delivery.
* * * SITUATIONS THAT VOID THE DOA GUARANTEE * * *
1.) Choosing Ground Shipping at checkout. Ground Shipping takes longer to arrive, thus putting more stress on the plants. If you choose Ground shipping, the DOA is voided.
2.) Package is unsuccessfully delivered on the first attempt (we ship to the address provided by you at checkout, it’s your responsibility to ensure the address is correct). If the shipping company is unable to deliver on the first attempt, the DOA is voided.
3.) Not opening your package immediately upon delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number is provided, it’s your responsibility to open it as soon as the package is delivered. If the package is not opened within 2 hours of delivery, the DOA is voided.
4.) Package is lost due to package thief. (If this happens, please contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx to file a claim)
5.) Not providing the above, required proof of death within the 2 hour time window. If proof that the plants you received from us arrived dead is not provided, the DOA is voided.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what plants are or are not legal to own in the area in which they live.
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed by 8:00 pm MST (Mountain Standard Time) on Monday will be shipped that Tuesday. Orders placed after that will be shipped the following week.
Our shipping fee includes insulated packaging and a cold or hot pack as needed, depending on the season.
