DOA:

The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if you choose not to upgrade to UPS. With UPS, our Live Arrival guarantee covers 1 hour after delivery. Please make sure someone can take your package inside immediately after delivery. In this heat, even the insulated packaging can only do so much. If you have any issues, please message us with pictures asap.

*** If you choose to take your chances and not buy UPS shipping, we cannot guarantee live arrival and will not refund or replace your order. ***
